Each party pays 15% on the agreed total job amount. BDT 1,000: employer reserves BDT 1,150; worker receives BDT 850 on approved completion; HireMe earns BDT 300. Fees are rounded to the nearest poisha. Deposits and withdrawals do not incur this job commission. Held funds remain unavailable for withdrawal until completion or reviewed dispute resolution. No automatic release. Real fund custody requires appropriate legal and payment-provider authorization.
